I have salad almost every day for lunch, so it’s nice every now and then to try a different dressing to go on top. This dairy-free caesar salad has a lovely, garlicky, lemony dressing without the animal products you might find in a traditional version. Happy munching!
Ingredients
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup tahini
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
2 tbsp honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together all the dressing ingredients until smooth. It’s really as easy as that. Pour over your favorite salad and enjoy your dairy-free Caesar salad!
