Strawberry Mango Smoothie

Here’s a refreshing summer snack if you have some fresh strawberries to use up. Mix them with some frozen mango, non-dairy ice cream, and soy milk, and voila – a bright and nutritious treat of strawberry mango smoothie. 🙂


Ingredients ($5.50 total)

8-10 fresh strawberries – $4.00
1/2 cup frozen mango – $0.62
1 scoop non-dairy vanilla ice cream – $0.50
1/2 cup soy milk – $0.19


Directions

Put all the ingredients in your blender, blend until smooth, and enjoy!
