Warming Chai Milk Tea

If you’re needing an extra hug today, or if there is a chill in your inner or outer environment, here is my gift for you.

Making myself a warm cup of chai milk tea feels like such a beautiful act of love and self-care.

I hope it nourishes your body and soothes your emotions.

  • 1 cup of your favorite plant-based milk (I like soy milk best)
  • 1 bag of Good Earth sweet and spicy tea, or any other chai-flavored tea
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Pinch of stevia or coconut sugar (optional)

Warm a mug of plant milk in the microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.

Steep the tea bag in the warmed milk for 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the turmeric and sweetness (if using).

Sink into a comfy chair and sip your mug of pure love.

For today’s inspiration, here is a lovely thought about each fresh moment being a new opportunity.

“The chief beauty about time is that you cannot waste it in advance.

The next year, the next day, the next hour are lying ready for you, as perfect, as unspoiled, as if you had never wasted or misapplied a single moment in all your life.

You can turn over a new leaf every hour if you choose.” – Arnold Bennett

Wishing you gentle ease as you go about your day.
